Fabio Ziemßen

Fabio Ziemßen is Partner at ZINTINUS, a Growth Captial Investor in Food and FoodTech. As Managing Director of NX-Food, METRO AG’s Food InnovationsHub, Fabio Ziemßen was responsible for innovations in the food sector till 2021. As an industry expert, he advises companies, lectures on trends and innovations, and organizes meetings for entrepreneurs and managers from the food industry throughout Germany. Since 2017, he is co-founder of the coworking space Super7000 GmbH in Düsseldorf and founder of the platform #Foodnext. In 2019, he initiated Balpro e.V., the federal association for alternative protein sources, and was voted “Top40under40” by Capital magazine. In early 2020, he was awarded the title “Young Global Leader” by the World Economic Forum.
